Safety Testing

TCS works diligently to ensure our products fulfil the requirements of relevant worldwide

product Safety Standards and Directives.

 

As an importer, we take the responsibility to advise our clients and provide correct documentation proving that the product meets the requirements of the applicable Regulation.

 

We work closely with our suppliers to ensure they understand the quality, design requirements and safety standards that need to be complied to in order to make the products safe.

 

Each product we import will have a Technical File that includes test reports, risk assessments, design drawings and instructions for use.

We work very closely with four independent accredited global testing, inspection and certification companies, ITS, STR, BV and SGS, who help and guide us to put safe products on the market that meet both legal and client specific requirements.
We conform to the European Toy Safety Directive, Russian GOST requirements and can meet requirements for countries spanning from Brazil to Japan.

We are registered and conform to the WEEE Directive, Battery and Accumulators Directives and the REACH Directive and keep up-to-date on all changes and new requirements to ensure that we are always one step ahead.

 

 

 

Quality Assurance
All TCS factories are given a checklist of conformities at the time an order is placed so that they are fully aware of our client's expectations and can control the production line. Their internal QC's having explained the requirements to the factory workers.

On every TCS order, a DUPRO (During Production Inspection) is carried out early in production followed by a Final Random Inspection (FRI) when the goods are 80-100% packed.

Our goods are tested to AQL Levels 1.5 and 2.5 and 4.0 which is guided by an internationally recognised sampling plan for consumer goods. Once we are satisfied that our goods meet the safety and quality standards required we will ship the goods.

Goods are often inspected at the port of arrival or in our freight agent's warehouse as a further guarantee that the consignment has arrived in good condition.

TCS can guarantee the highest safety and quality standards throughout the design, manufacturing and distribution process of our goods.
