I oversee all the Company’s business, driving profitability and growth.

I set up TCS in 1995.

As Commercial Director, I’m responsible for developing both new and existing client relationships and driving profitable growth for TCS. Having been with TCS for 23 years, I have extensive experience in understanding our clients’ needs and turning their ideas into commercially successful products. From presenting new concepts and interpreting briefs through to identifying the right suppliers, pricing and delivery solutions, I work closely with our Creative and Purchasing teams to ensure we deliver the right product, at the right price, at the right time.

A key part of my role is building strong, long-term client relationships, identifying new opportunities and ensuring we continue to provide the ideas, service and commercial understanding our clients expect from TCS.

I look after purchasing and freight, managing projects from quotation and product development through to production and final delivery. Working closely with suppliers and freight partners, I help keep projects on track, manage costs and find practical solutions to any challenges along the way!

I’m the first point of contact for office-based enquiries and oversee the day to day management of the office. I provide operational and administrative support across the business.

My role involves managing customer accounts and orders from initial enquiry through to delivery, working directly with clients to understand their requirements, develop new product ideas and provide quotations. I work closely with suppliers to negotiate costs, manage samples and production, and make sure orders remain competitive, on budget and on schedule. Alongside my sales responsibilities, I help ensure our factories meet the required safety and ethical standards and manage the ethical compliance process with our suppliers.

I manage client orders from creation through to delivery stage.

This includes effective order flow from production, product testing, inspections and through to shipment. I am responsible for building and maintaining effective working relationships with clients and suppliers and ensuring orders are on schedule and within budget.
